Once you decide to move ahead we will send you an electronic contract outlining our terms of service along with the Scope of Work.  This protects you as a consumer and ensures there are no surprises.  At this time we will require a 50% deposit to book you into our schedule.

Expect our team to communicate often during the course of your project.  If at any time we discover something that will change the scope of work be assured that we will stop and talk to you first before proceeding (see below Job “Extras”)

When repairing a deck there are times when something unforseen comes up and needs to be added into the Scope of Work.  The most common situation is deck rot.   Living in the Lower Mainland it’s humid, wet and rainy.  That moisture creeps under your existing vinyl, and over time and rots the plywood and more.  Until we pull up your existing vinyl we won’t know the extent of the rot damage.  That is why this is classified as an extra.  When an extra is discovered you will be contacted immediately to review next steps.  You will also be given a daily updated on the progress of the extra.  Extras are billed on a Time and Materials basis.

At the end of the project our construction manager will follow up with you to ensure that there are no outstanding issues and you’re one happy customer!  At this time you will be provided your product warranty (dependent on the type of product requested) and will will require final payment.
