Nick, Kelly, Kellen and team were the upmost in professional throughout the whole process. We greatly appreciate their specialization in deck repair (as opposed to new deck construction). As a result of this, they are flexible - offering solutions as the project unfolds in a way that is pragmatic and practical. For instance, they retained any parts of the old deck that were still serviceable in order to minimize extra costs. The quality of their work is exemplary. I very closely monitored how the deck was installed, especially the Duradeck vinyl and it was clearly being done with expert hands. They answered our questions at every step and responded to our feedback promptly and insightfully. At one point, we asked if we should replace two additional posts at the end of our deck and they did so promptly and with minimal extra cost (as this work was out of scope). I highly recommend Rain City Decks. I've already referred them to a friend!

Had exterior stairs replaced with full aluminum. Reused existing aluminum railings. Reasonable quote, measurements, removal and install. Aluminum guy (Sukh) adjusted stairs to perfectly match uneven base with no shims.

We recently hired Raincity Decks to replace the front and back decks on our house with a TREX composite deck, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our project was anything but straightforward: it involved removing sleepers on a torch-on surface, replacing stairs that were falling apart, and dealing with railings that needed to fit onto new TREX decking, which was a different thickness than the 25 year old rotten wood.
From the start, Jeff—our project lead—demonstrated outstanding workmanship and professionalism. The entire Raincity Decks team handled the complexities of our job with skill and attention to detail. They made sure the torch-on surface was properly protected during removal and installation, and the new stairs are solid and beautifully finished.
One thing that truly impressed us was their approach to communication. Whenever we uncovered an issue or had a question, Jeff was quick to respond, clearly explained our options, and kept us in the loop throughout the process. This level of transparency and care is rare and made a big difference in our experience.

Despite some scheduling challenges, Rain City Decks did a great job replacing an old Duradeck.
The crew took pride in their work, and kept the site clean during the install. There were some tricky bits to deal with but everything was restored perfectly.
