If I had to say what I like most about rcd I think the pride the team takes in creating quality work is only part of the experience. The friendships we make is also important but my strongest take away is that we helped build a space for our clients to experience years of amazing moments. Surrounded by work that takes skill and creates a sense of pride for everyone.

Getting up in the morning, may sound hard. Not with 30+ Alarms from 3 different devices! Despite the distance, I enjoy every second of it. Working with different leads, with different perspectives and speed. Which makes the job, feel less like a job and more of an opportunity to learn and have fun.

There’s real satisfaction in doing the job right—making it safe, solid, and built to last. Seeing the transformation at the end of the day is what makes the work meaningful.

I like carpentry because it’s creative but also exact. With decks, I love seeing a project go from just wood frames to a nice outdoor space where people can hang out. I also like fixing decks and solving problems — that’s just how I think. There’s something good about building something strong and beautiful that lasts for years.
