Carpenters

From repairing rotten decks to installing railings and stairs, you’ll work on a variety of projects that require precision and creativity. Labourers
If you’re hardworking and eager to learn, our laborer positions offer the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the deck building and waterproofing industry. You’ll support our skilled tradespeople with deck repairs, installations, and site prep, all while growing your knowledge in a rewarding career path.
Installers
As an authorized Duradek dealer, we’re looking for skilled vinyl installers experienced in working with vinyl and/or liquid-applied membrane solutions. You’ll play a vital role in protecting our clients’ decks with industry-leading waterproofing systems.
