Max Brokman

Max Brokman

Nearly 20 years experience in carpentry. Everything from custom homes to small renovations, there’s not much I haven’t seen when it comes to construction.
What I enjoy most about RainCity decks is working with our clients to breathe life back into their outdoor space. There’s nothing better than their reaction and gratitude after another well completed project. 
When I’m not working, I’m usually trying to keep up with my 2 boys! Going to weekend sport, the local skatepark and playing tennis.

Getting up in the morning, may sound hard. Not with 30+ Alarms from 3 different devices! Despite the distance, I enjoy every second of it. Working with different leads, with different perspectives and speed. Which makes the job, feel less like a job and more of an opportunity to learn and have fun.

Brad is a local fireman who moonlights with RainCity, when he’s not out saving lives.

My favorite part of my job is working directly with customers and seeing how grateful they are when we fix their deck issues. When I’m not repairing decks, I am bothering my cat, hanging out at the beach, and sitting on my couch watching the Sopranos. My favourite thing to do would be riding my motorcycle up to Squamish.

My name is Eirean Walker and I have been doing vinyl decking since 1999. My favourite part of vinyl deck restoration is the end result. I love seeing a dilapidated, rotting, out-of- service deck restored completely to add curb appeal, functionality and home equity value to a clients project! When I am not doing DECKS, I am coaching Football, Baseball, or attending my kids’ events with my beautiful wife, Sonja! 🙂

There’s real satisfaction in doing the job right—making it safe, solid, and built to last. Seeing the transformation at the end of the day is what makes the work meaningful.

After 25 years in high-tech corporate roles, the last 5 of which were spent working corporate during the day and RainCity at night, I jumped in with both feet and am now a full-time business owner. My favorite part about my job is watching our employees grow and crush it on making our customers happy.
